Oso Farms is a family business and micro mill founded in 2014 with only five members. Producers Eric Langford and Jenny Vasquez harvested this particular micro-lot in the village of El Roble Arrica in the Brunca region of Costa Rica. Jenny is a fourth generation coffee farmer and Eric made his start in coffee with his great uncle, Cecil Langford, in Jamaica. This microlot includes Catuai and Costa Rica 95 varieties shade grown at 1250 m.a.s.l. We would like to present you this delicious yellow honey processed coffee. The honey process consists of leaving some of the pulp contained in the coffee cherry and allowing it to dry on top of the coffee beans, producing a slight fermentation. Grains processed by this method enhance the essential sweet tones of this coffee. Enjoy the aromas and flavours we are proposing to you today.
