Our cold brew is made of 100% Colombian specialty coffee beans. We specifically produce a roasting profile targeting the sugars of the beans we use. Our whole process is done in cold so that the coffee never gets in contact with hot water, which allows us to extract only the sweetest parts of our roasted beans. We place the brewing coffee under the pressure of inert nitrogen gas for 24 hours to achieve maximum concentration in flavour compounds. The result is a delicious, strong and caffeinated fuel. We can the coffee on demand as it is highly perishable if not refrigerated. We recommend to consume it within 2-3 weeks maximum from ordering date.
