The Encore grinder is one of Baratza’s most popular home-use grinders for good reason. It features 40 individual grind settings—from “fine” to “coarse”—that can please any palate with its gamut of accurate and repeatable grinds.

It specializes in manual brew methods, such as pour-over, Aeropress, siphon, and Chemex; it has a precise medium to coarse grind suitable for manual brew methods. The conical burr grinder gives a balanced extraction (with minimal fines) when making espresso.

The Encore also features a simple on-off switch, and easily removable receptacle for coffee grounds, and a mechanism that locks in the bean hopper.
