This coffee is an Excelso EP coffee from ‘Cadehuila”, a cooperative in Huila, Colombia. It is grown by Amadeo Chala Canacue at his farm, Santa Cielo, in the El Centro township of the Neiva district. This Castillo variety was grown at 1750 m.a.s.l.
