Our cold brew is made of 100% specialty coffee beans. We specifically produce a roasting profile targeting the sugars of the beans we use. Our whole process is done in cold and coffee never gets in contact with hot water, this permits us to extract only the sweetest part of our roasted beans. We place the brewing coffee under the pressure of inert nitrogen gas for 24 hours to achieve maximum concentration of coffee flavour compounds. The result is a delicious, strong and caffeinated fuel we like to call Cold Rider. We can the coffee on demand as it is highly perishable if not refrigerated. We recommend to consume it within 6 months maximum from production date.
