Would you ever ask for an orange without juice? This has been the question we have asked ourselves when thinking if we should carry decaffeinated coffee. Our answer is this very particular coffee blend. We have made a compromise to have a coffee blend lower in caffeine levels. We use two-thirds of our delicious White Tower blend in order to get those incredible coffee notes found in it and then, we add one-third of Colombian mountain water decaf beans to reduce the caffeine. In other words, with this blend, we have made an attempt to give you a deliciously rich cup of coffee with less caffeine. This is an attempt to offer a great coffee without using 100% decaf coffee. We apologize for loving coffee so much and not being capable of changing completely its DNA.
